Anxiety and Stress

Unfortunately, many of us are living with and experiencing a deep sense of unease and anxiety. This way of existing has become common place in the 21st century and although not preferential, we have come to accept this as a by product of this day and age. It does not have to be this way. You are here to live a life of love and to feel joyful. We do not understand how in control we are of our experience, how incredibly possible it is for us to identify the thinking that is causing us to feel stress and anxiety and to simply let it go. I will help you to see how you are causing your feelings of dread and anxiety which is great news and a true relief, as it means you have the power to let it go.
